He-Man was one of my beloved heroes as a kid. But when I grew up and went back to watch show the show, I was underwhelmed, to say the least. He-Man and the Masters of the Universe has been rebooted a number of times, but after seeing the preview for the new Kevin Smith-led Netflix adaptation, I'm hopeful the Masters of the Universe might finally live up the hype I made up for them as a kid.
